Stream - not replacing content after upgrade to v12

Hi ,i upgraded from V 11.6.1 to 12.1.3.1 and my irule that uses stream to change return URI has stopped working . meaning the uri IS NOT BEING UPDATED . does the behavior of F5 Stream profile change ...
