storm after connecting two VCs to F5

Hi,

 

We have viprion machine (standalone) which is connected to a virtual chanssis juniper switch with two interfaces in LACP active mode . We've planned to add another virtual chassis and connect it through two interfaces (LACP) to the viprion machine and two interfaces to the primary virtual chassis through LACP and running between them VRRP protocol .

 

We connected both VCs together but didn't configure VRRP yet . In the viprion we have configured in the VLANs section the other LACP , and once we connected it to the virtual chassis we had storm and many servers went down .. What we have configured wrong so it caused that problem ?
