Hey Jellf,
'history' command should say about the last 500 lines implemented
'last' command will show who logged in

Hi. This log entry is caused by cron (/etc/crontab), which executes /etc/cron.daily/logrotate at ~04:02 by default. The logrotate configuration files specify that logrotate should restart after files are rotated. So what you are seeing is a message from logrotate restarting after the log-rolling process has completed.
