Standby GTM/LTM iquery

Hi Team,   I would like to know, whether standby device with both LTM and GTM responds/sends iquery to other LTM or GTM?   Thanks,   Sachin

There is no Standby from GTM point of view. GTM is always active. This is A DNS server and as every DNS server, GTM can be primary or secondary but never standby.

 

GTM initiate iquery connection with all LTMs regardless of its HA state, but will take into account status got from the active LTM.
