NacreousDojs, could you confirm if webserver are sending the "HTTP 401 Challenge" and the browser are prompting for an user and password? Because if BIG-IP are not sending that "Authorization" header, or you forgot to set the "SSO Credential Mapping", or the user/password are wrong, a messagebox should be prompted to put user and password values.
If you can, please send here your access policy setup and VPE print.
