SSO for Angular2 Based Application

We have an application which is based on AngularJS on front and .NET on backend.

 

Now we have to do SSO on that application and We tried Form Based and Form Based Client Initiated SSO method but no luck.

 

After digging into application, we found that the complete html is generated on browser through Ajax request and from server, there is few lines of code is returning and which does not include login form.

 

So how we can do SSO for this type of application.

 

If any one can help me on this, that would be highly appreciated.
