What is SSL/TLS renegotiation ?
What exactly happens if we enable SSL/TLS renegotiation ? is there any impact on our environment ?
If we disable will there be any impact ?

If you disable this feature certain Client Certificate based authentication scenarios will simply break. And if you don't use any form of Client Certificate based authentication then you'll most likely don't miss anything... ;-)
