SSL TPS license limits on 4096 bit key size versus RSA 4096 bit key size

The article K6475 mentions only 20% of the license is available for RSA key sizes over 4096 bits and greater&nbsp;
Does it mean&nbsp;

if the box can support 4000 SSL TPS connections , when using RSA 4096 bit keys we get only 800 SSL TPS connections?&nbsp;

Does this rule also apply for key sizes that are 4096 bits and NOT RSA?&nbsp;

That is correct. This is because handling 4096 bit keys requires approximately 5 times the CPU of a 2048 bit key.&nbsp;

The key-based SSL TPS limit applies per core and only to RSA ciphers. &nbsp;
