SSL Orchestrator VE deploy fails

Hi Devcentral community,   I trying to deploy SSL Orchestrator in inline mode ( layer 2 / transparent) but the deployment fails.   I tried to use BIG-IP 13.0 VE HF2 and SSL Orchestrator version...

Can you clarify how you got it to work.. When you say 'default' package, is this part of 13.0 VE HF2? And what version of the Orchestrator is it that you have deployed?

 

What do you have in production? Thanks!
