SSL Handshake failed for TCP

Hello everyone,

I receive this error during TCP handshake:

86 3 0.0585 (0.0332) S>C HandshakeError: short handshake length: expected 52971 got 16380

How i fix the handshake length?

Thank you

  • When the SSL record layer contains handshake data larger than 16384 (2^14) bytes, the BIG-IP system does not fragment the data. This is known issue and F5 has identified as a bug[ID: 664528].

This happens when you configure a large certificate or certificate chain for server or client authentication, at either the client or server SSL profile, respectively.
