SSL Certificate Import
Hi,
I am new to F5 and needs to import SSL certificates in F5 node in our live environment.I have below questions before I go for installation please.
1 . I got three SSL certificates which I needs to Import 2 . But SSL certificates are in PFX format so do i needs to convert them in different format before install. 3 . They also requested me to generate Root certificate and also import. 4 . As per my understanding I needs to follow below process to install SSL certificates
A) Select Local-Traffic and then SSL Certificates and then click Import
B) Under same option select import and select Key and use same name as certificate
C) Select Local-Traffic and then select Profile and then select the profile and select new SSL certificate and Key
D) Go to Virtual Server and attach SSL profile with new certicate
Please confirm if all these above steps are correct or do I needs to change something.
Please go thru the following articles that should cover all you need. You can use openssl command to convert pfx to PEM format.
