SSL certificate import via tmsh under 10.2.4

I'm running 10.2.4 on an LTM and I'm looking for a way to import certificates via the command line or using tmsh. I've got to do a bulk import of a bunch of certs and keys and I wanted to script it for cli or tmsh rather than do lots of copying and pasting. I know in 11, there's a tmsh "install /sys crypto", but that doesn't seem to be available in 10.2.4.

I know I can just copy the files for plain old text-block cert and key files, but I've got a bunch of IIS certificates and I'd rather avoid all the openssl voodoo to change their format if the LTM can do it for me from the CLI.

Thanks!
