SQL Always ON monitor using store proc query

I need to monitor the sql always on node using sql store procedure in the send string and the receive string response is either True/False..using an custom F5 Microsoft SQL monitor. If receive response is true then keep the mode as active if not mark as down based on the receive response.

 

I have tried it and it is not working. Let me know if it is possible to monitor the MS SQL node using an sql store proc query.. any input on this appreciated.
