Solarwinds showing massive receive discards, not present in TMSH or on the TMM. Wrong OID?

We are using Solarwinds Orion to monitor our F5 LTM HA pair. When I check statistics from the tmsh I see absolutely clean levels of discards, yet on Solarwinds not the case. tmsh show /net vlan No...

BIG-IP 11.4.1 Build 637.0 Hotfix HF3 I believe we are using the correct OID = 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.13 specifically 1568 (ifInDiscards) But the results are not what I'm expecting to see
