"reboot volume HD1.2" : Does this command boot to new image(11.6.1) with all current configs?

By default, when you install a new software version, the BIG-IP system automatically copies the existing configuration data from the active boot location (volume) to the boot location (volume) that is being updated. When you change boot locations, you can tell BIG-IP to copy the latest configuration data from another source volume, such as the active volume, to the target volume. You can refer to K14704: Installing a configuration when activating a boot location for more information.
