Yeah... But usually not on a bigip... Although you COULD implement something like that with an iRule... Would be an interesting project.
On the other hand, some routers let you do it. I'm pretty sure openwrt used to have functionality for that.

Hi.
I assume you have a F5 BigIP appliance (with LTM + APM) , and are looking for a creative solution to limit connections for 1 hour ?
If you don't have a F5 appliance, then this is the wrong forum to ask.
There are a number of solutions that offer wifi portal / usage metering for SME businesses.
eg:

There will be commercial vendors in that space also.
Love devcentral! People are so helpful that they even answer questions off topic.
Maybe we should start a cooking thread? To keep F5 in the loop just a bit I might be able to dig up one of my old 1000 with v4. We can use is as a Wok pan. :)

I have a great recipe for Afghan biscuits if you like... I'll dig it up from the archives...
Or you could buy a copy of the Edmonds Cookbook... But you'll need to find a New Zealand shop probably... The one in Covent Garden has closed... sob...
