Software End of Attack signature development

I got these messages from my LTM F5 device through the iHealth platform:-

 

Dec. 02, 2016 Software End Of Attack Signature Development (EoASD)

 

Dec. 02, 2016 Software End Of Software Development (EoSD)

 

Please what is the implication of these messages on my device in particular and my network in general? And what is the solution to these, how do i rectify this?
