So Simple it's stupid!

If you're just looking for everything sent to /magazine* to go to a separate pool, you want something like: 

 
 when HTTP_REQUEST { 
   if {[string tolower [HTTP::uri]] starts_with "/magazine" } { 
     pool Blogging_Server 
   } else {  
     pool SEO_Pool 
   } 
 }
