what about port lockdown setting (Kevin's question)? is udp/161 allowed? and have you tried to restart snmpd?

Yes, i´ve restarted snmpd. The lockdown setting is "Allow all" for the non-float management ip address. For the float management ip address the lockdown = Allow Custom (inc Default) TCP 443 and UDP 161.
