SNMP OID for SFP Type & Serial Number

Hi, Any body knows what kind are SFP Type & Serial Number defined in SNMP oid? I've found just the type of SFP, as follow but seems invalid : sysIntfMediaSfpType 1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.1.2.4.6.2.1.3

and how about the serial?
