Depending on your interval and timeout value one should use
SESSION=`/usr/bin/snmpget -v2c -t 1 -r 1 -c ${COMMUNITY} -OqUv ${IP} ${OID}` and
CPU=`/usr/bin/snmpget -v2c -t 1 -r 1 -c ${COMMUNITY} -OqUv ${IP} ${CPU_OID}`
