SNAT translation list state ?

What is use of the SNAT translation list state , when i create an SNAT pool , all IP in the Pool shown in the "SNAT translation list" but when i disable IP state , it still use that IP even if i disabled it .

what is the use state in SNAT translation list ? please Provide the example
