SNAT not working

The SNAT has stop working on the device. Its a simple config where couple of hosts on a VLAN translate to a VIP IP.

 

 

Host x.x.x.x translate y.y.y.y on vlan A.

 

 

Are there any tools/commands to see whats wrong?
