SNAT Enquries

Hi,

 

 

I'm new to F5 and has encountered some issues relating to SNAT which i wish to seek some assistance.

 

 

I've configured SNAT with the following settings:

 

 

Transition Address: 10.10.10.4

 

Member Address (server): 192.168.100.1 & 192.168.100.2

 

VLANs: All VLANS

 

 

And following is an overview of how the equipments are linked up.

 

Clients <--> SW <--> F5 <--> Servers

 

 

Thererafter, I did a ping from Server to Client but the request timed out, and no SNAT was performed.

 

(Note: Client is able to ping F5's VS and LB is performed)

 

 

In addition, I've tried automap, pool list and ip address, none of them seems to be working...

    Are you wanting to pass ICMP through the SNAT? If so, you can check SOL7366 for details:

    If that's not what you're trying to do, can you clarify what the issue is?
