Thank you for posting your question. I see your post has been up for some time with no response and that there are no articles to assist in answering your question. I wanted to see if you had found a solution and could update your post if you had. If not I would like to suggest if you have support for your device to create a case for an engineer to assist you directly. Please let me know if a case is created.
