I have a question about smtp configuration in v.11.x
All I know is we must set mailhub in /etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf m right?

Cirrocumulusi do not have that setting in gui. i am running 11.2.1. what bigip version are you running?
i'm running 11.2.1 it's in System > Configuration > Device > SMTP
ps. If i'm not mistaken , BIG-IP must enable AVR module too .
Teepan, have you tried using the GUI and seeing if it updates the file?
it's not update ,
when i config in GUI and not config ssmtp.conf in same pattern > can't send mail
when i config in ssmtp.conf and not config GUI in same pattern > can send mail
when i config ssmtp.conf and config GUI in differently pattern > it send mail by using config in ssmtp.conf
