The application works very well on my desktop and on our test server (Windows 2k3 + IIS6 +...
There are really far too many factors to be able to just guess at what could be going wrong. If you can explain a little bit more about what your application is doing and any differences that you can think of between your test environment and the real world systems where the application is having trouble, it would help us greatly in assisting you.
