Slow access over Firepass VPN

All, I'm in an environment with a BigIP NTM and Firepass for VPN and all access over VPN is painfully slow (this is compared to a legacy ISA VPN currently running). Understandng this is a very vague description of the issue and lacks detail, can anyone point me towards any trouleshooting posts / blogs / docs? I've seached through the F5 Web Support and not finding much there that can help me troubleshoot or further diagnose what the problem may be.
