Skype For Business - ADFS Ethical Wall

Has anyone deployed ADFS on F5 that basically builds an ethical wall? Maybe using APM? Trying to think of using an F5 product that can function as an ethical wall so that all user lookups is one way. IE. Federations is created, but we can see them, they cant see us.
