site check and loadblance

Hi,

 

Looking to loadblance 2 front end webservers based on the associated database load runnig on different backend server.

 

SNMP DCA monitor with Dynamic ratio LB cant be used in this case as front end & database are hosted on different servers.

 

we have a sitecheck webpage which runs on front end webserver to obtain associated database server load. - we can use HTTP monitor Get /Rec string but how would we be able to loadbalance to least load server based on monitor ?

 

is there a way we can use irule to acheive that ? any pointers pls.
