Hi Zafer,
Is the client sending keep-alive packets more frequently than 60 seconds? If not, the persistence record could expire and a new load balancing decision would be made. Do you see a valid persistence record being added? Does the record exist at the time that the request is going to a new pool member?
You can check this post (Click here) for tips on troubleshooting persistence issues.

What does 'b persist all show all' show for one client or SIP call ID which has multiple persistence records? Can you post your VIP, persistence profile and iRule(?) configuration from the /config/bigip.conf?

Hi Zafer,
The image is there, but I don't see the VIP, persistence profile or iRule listed. Can you attach the configuration items from the bigip.conf?
Thanks,
Aaron
