SIP calls with identity set to anonymous are getting rejected via F5

I am into a weird issue where all the SIP calls initiated with identity set to Anonymous are getting rejected via LTM. But when bypassing the LB, calls are accepted successfully.   Setup is like: ...

I think we found the cause of the issue, when parameter in PBX "TrunkProfile:Lync_TCP:hideUserWhenRestricted: yes" is set to YES, then calls via F5 are getting dropped, but when we set it to NO, then calls via F5 are going fine. but didn't get why calls with F5 are getting dropped when the calls are accepted without F5 with the same parameter.
