Siebel Web Tier Virtual Server

We have implemented a virutal server to load balance our Siebel 8.0.0.5 Web Tier. We want to enable compression and have followed the steps in the guide. The compression is working but sometime elements of the Siebel HI Client pages are rendered incorrectly. Specifically, labels incosistantly missing below the tabs..

 

 

Anyone run into this before?
