SharePoint trough F5 asking randomely to re-login

Hi,

 

 

We have recently configured SharePoint trough a Big IP F5 V10 (using SSL offload). Since this change, SharePoint is asking to re-login in a random way. 20 click may work fine, and the 21 is ask to re-login. I have follow the steps of the documentation.

 

 

Any suggestion is appreciated.... thanks.

    I wonder if this could be caused by a persistence problem, so clients get re-load balanced to a different server and therefore have to login again?

     

     

    I have seen a similar problem on another app (not Sharepoint, something called blackboard) where it was important to configure the persistence timeout to be slightly longer than the session timeout on the server itself.

    Is persistence profile timeout from iapp template is long enough?
