NimbostratusOK. I done some more testing. i created a new VS and started to apply settings to match the initial VS.
i traced the "Object moved" error to when the Analytics Profile is enabled. it also caused the Sign out issue. i disable it and all is well.
The Acceleration profiles also seams to causes files and directory not to be display.

the 2010-2013 DG on page 28 talks about performances issues. not error like this one.
