SharePoint 2010 : Document Previews Won’t Open In FAST Search Using F5 SSL Offloading

Search result using FAST Search Server for SharePoint 2010 won't open documents previews and result in javascript error like :

 

 

Message: Syntax error Line: 2 Char: 1 Code: 0 URI: https://www.mysharepointserver.com/...x?redirect=.....

 

 

I found other topics on this issue on the web with solutions but none of them are using SSLOffloading, only SSL directly on the IIS Server. It seems to be a certificate problem, but i don't know what. (similar issue, without F5 : http://www.thesharepointblog.net/Lists/Posts/Post.aspx?List=815f255a%2Dd0ef%2D4258%2Dbe2a%2D28487dc9975c&ID=31)

    This problem is resolved. It has to do with the F5 http profile configuration and the parameters connection timeout and acknowledge time under the Search Service Administration.
