/shared/tmp filling up

We have a F5 unit where the /shared/tmp directory fills up rather rapidly.   drwxr-xr-x. 2 root  root     4096 Jul 15 22:02 im.11584 drwxr-xr-x. 2 root  root     4096 Jul 20 19:47 im.12080 drwx...

We found it's an iapp that does not seem to work with version 14 any more.

Not sure if the customer has the most up-to-date version and if hat version is still compatible with version 14 and above.
