Setup Utility Loop
Was given some retired F5 hardware (from a recent data center move) to use for home lab. It's configuration was wiped, so I'm starting from scratch to reconfigure.
Got the IP set via the front panel, in via WebGUI to configure. When I get to the Platform screen, upon hitting next, it logs me out (password changed) and asks me to log back in. When I do, I'm returned to the same Platform screen, everything blank. Next does not work (passwords are required) and if I fill out the same info, the same thing happens.
Stuck at this point, hoping for suggestions.

Strange Behaviour.
Can you try to switch to another volume? So instead connect to GUI try to connect usin CLI.
use root (pwd: default)
Then try to process first setup using CLI, all procedure is discribe in the following link

Additional, another alternative is to try switch to another volume:
in CLI enter the following command:
switchboot -l
Then select another volume/boot then reboot.
