Setting up the GTM as secondary name server for a zone.
Hi!! can anyone help me understand what we need to do to setup our GTM as a secondary name server for a single zone. I understand we will need to configure AXFR configuration between the primary servers and GTM listener but do we need any other information, details from the ISP. . I know its fairly easy to configure the GTM as slave nameservers using TSIG keys with version 11 however we are running version 10.0.1 and it doesnt have dns express.
If we add ISP name servers in the allow-transfer list in named.conf file, will it ocnfigure them as master name servers for all the zones hosted on the GTM?

At a high level, you must create the zone in Global Traffic. Add the zone and choose type SLAVE. Then specify the IP address(es) in the masters { }; section. - Maverick_80689

Yes but that doesnt generate a TSIG key. I know how to generate a TSIG using BIND but that might create issues in GTM synchronization with the others in the same sync group. I need to figure out how to apply that to a specific zone on the GTM.
