Setting up the GTM as secondary name server for a zone.

Hi!! can anyone help me understand what we need to do to setup our GTM as a secondary name server for a single zone. I understand we will need to configure AXFR configuration between the primary servers and GTM listener but do we need any other information, details from the ISP. And how do we configure it on the GTM. Any hep would be much appreciated :).
