Setting up SNMP v2 on F5 (BIG-IP 10.2.2 Build 763.3 Final)

Hello,

I wil start off by saying there are no firewalls involved anywhere between the F5 and Orion NPM. I am trying to get SNMP v2 on our internal F5 to work with Orion NPM v10.4.1. No matter what I try (did follow these instructions religiously: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm/manuals/product/apm_config_10_2_0/apm_config_snmp.html?sr=28128697) it does not work (see attachments for procedures followed).
