setting Email / Alert on CPU usage

Hello,

 

we are running 11.2 Hf-1 ASM.

 

How can i set up a email notification or alert when system resources go above a certain threashold ,e.g. CPU usage is > 80% ?

 

I know in Enterprise manager box , its possible to do this , but how do we do it for the monitored box either through EM or locally.
