Set APM Username & Pass From Header Field

Hello,     I am attempting to grab a username and password that is base64 encoded from a custom http header field and pass it to APM as the session.logon.last.username and session.logon.last....

Would you mind sharing the iRule you used to grab the username and password from the headers? I'm currently struggling with this. Thanks!
