session failure while changing persistance from Cookie based to no session persistance

Hell All, I'm working on a task to remove cookie persistence with insert mode for a critical application. I'm trying to find out how many client session will get terminated(dropped) when the response from the client with cookie checks for a cookie session table but there will not be any session persistence configured on LB.

 

Could anybody help me to know what LTM does with existing session and a new session which is already a acknowledgement based on cookie persistence when we remove the session persistence?
