Session Expiring

Hi all,   I'm afraid I'm a complete newb when it comes to Firepass. The Firepass session on my laptop has started expiring around 2 or 3 minutes after I log in. This started about 3 weeks ago. ...

This can be caused by numerous things:

 

 

The Firepass noticing your User Agent String is changing and dropping you. Internet Explorer 8 changing you over to 7 because you have the compatibility setting turned on. (Most Common)

 

 

The Firepass User Security setting is set to a really short time. (I doubt it is the issue, since you can logon with Firepass with Firefox)
