Serving PAC files via iFile and maintenance of PAC files without full access to tmsh or gui

Ok, quite new here so please be nice :)

 

So the plan is to to use an iRule to reference an iFile serving out a pac file. There will be a couple of pac files for different groups of users.

 

This is great and i'm reading up about it. But I as a network designer / TDA don't maintain the content of the pac file. Is there a way (without giving the users full system access) to authenticate other users to update / replace the pac files?

    in principle you should be able to set that all up with the irule, but that can become quite complex.

     

    other things to consider is using scripts, but then you need to arrange the access somewhere else.
