Hi bbharathkumar09​, I think you might be affected by Bug ID 1626337: RPMS not being included in the generated UCS with fix of ID985329 incorporated since you upgraded from 16.1.5 and then AS3 endpoints started returning 404. If I'm correct, then all of the AS3 endpoints will return 404 including /mgmt/shared/appsvcs/info.

The bugtracker for ID 1626337 refers you to an article about SSL Orchestrator which is also an iAppLX like AS3: SSLO Configuration: Access forbidden or Not Found or show wizard of new topology. The recovery procedure works for AS3 if you substitute f5-appsvcs for f5-iappslx-ssl-orchestrator in step 1, and in step 7 download the exact same version of AS3 you had installed via https://github.com/f5networks/f5-appsvcs-extension/releases .

Here's this one for AS3, I was able to recover using Option 1 and the AS3 declarations showed up (no loss of data) after the iAppLX was reinstalled: K000132348: AS3 declaration failure: mgmt shared service-discovery task update response=404 body
