Servers not reachable from BIG-IP, following keith barker CBT nuggets lab

The first thing that comes to mind is that your BIG-IP VLANs and interfaces are not "singing from the same sheet of music" as the network adapters.

  1. Check the VLANs on your BIG-IP system to determine which interface(s) each uses - tmsh list net vlan interfaces
  2. Check the MAC addresses for each BIG-IP interface - tmsh list net interface mac-address
  3. Map the interface MAC addresses to their respective Network Adapter on the VM
  4. Finally, make sure each Network Adapter on the VM is assigned to the correct network.
