Server Technology in ver 13.0

Hi Any idea about the servers technology in ver 13.0 How to use it?

we create it in application-->signaturesset (by selecting appropraite OS, Webserver, Langauge/Framework, Database Server).

 

Is there any benfit to include Server technology.
