I'm trying to create a new record but the record is not created and the "Server failure during update" message is shown.
The message in the Global Traffic log shows this:

NoctilucentSo it looks like you are attempting to add a record via ZoneRunner. What kind of record are you creating, and what are you attempting to put in the record? If you could take a screenshot of what you are attempting to do prior to trying to apply the change, that would work best.
